Customer Service Representative
Job description:
• Need to handle Inbound and out bound calls from our US clients.
• Works closely with operations to deliver a high level of service to clients.
• Provide Quotes if required by clients.
• Proper customer information input in our database.
• Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements:
1- Ready to work in after noon/ late Evening shift
2- English skills (Fluent / British or American Accent)
3- Proficient in Microsoft Office to produce reports and presentations.
4- Special Emphasis on Microsoft Excel and manipulation of data.
