As a head of marketing and sales, you will play a key role in helping the organization to become the biggest customs knowledge provider in the EU and UK.
You will take care of:
Preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy
This is the most important and highest priority point. You will take care of the full customer journey, from acquisition through closing the deals and taking care of customers after-sale and converting them into loyal customers
CustomsClear branding
You will come up with ideas and will take care of the implementation of the branding strategy
Build the team
You will take care of recruiting, training, and retaining the best people for the sales and marketing departments
Identify business expansion opportunities and take actions to reach them
Working with Marketing and Sales of strategic partners
Collect and analyze data and constantly improve processes based on data analysis

30-60-90 day plan
30 Days:
Learn basics of customs to be able to “speak customs”
Take over the current sales process, and improve it
Take over CRM and improve it
Review customer care process and improve it
Set up KPIs and sales projections
Prepare brand communication rules, guidelines, and plan
60 Days:
Lead and execute sales and customer care
Fine-tune processes
If needed, add more people to the team that will become the core Marketing and Sales team
90 Days:
Fully take over and lead Sales and marketing department of the company
Actively contribute to strategic planning on growth and development

Relevant experience:
2+ years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager
Google AdWords
Facebook marketing and sales tools
LinkedIn marketing sales tools
Any CRM
