Manage and maintain a portfolio of international clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Capable of drafting and reviewing proposals for foreign companies.
Requirments
University degree in Law/Legal, preferably in corporate law.
At least have some knowledge or experience in the legal field.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of international clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Possess experience or knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting proposals, particularly concerning foreign legal requirements.
Can understand and interpret foreign laws.
Make sure all legal documents are complete, accurate, up to date, and follow the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Fluent in the English language.
What we are looking for
We need someone who is willing to learn and cooperate with team members.
Seeking a candidate comfortable with remote work and occasional visits to the office for training.
Needs to be fluent in English, but we have a Lithuanian employee if needed.
Salary will increase accordingly - salary net is after taxes.
