The leading company in Lithuania and the Baltic States engaged in retail, wholesale and online trade - construction new, repair, household, household goods and equipment, is looking for one of the TOP executives – Head of HR Baltics, which will affect business growth and profits through innovative human resource management that meets the business requirements of the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing and developing HR strategies and objectives in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
Developing HR processes, procedures, policies;
Leading and updating recruitment management strategy and talent development processes in the organization;
Planning and managing budget, measuring and analysing results;
Providing performance management guidance to line management, developing strong understanding of HR processes.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree (management or human resources would be an advantage);
+5 years working experience in HR practices, policies and procedures as a leading manager;
Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
English and Lithuanian languages professional working proficiency as a must;
Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
Driving license, availability to go on business trips to Latvia and Estonia.
