SPARE PARTS SALES MANAGER
Due to dynamic growth and staff expansion UAB “TS Centras” is looking for a full-time Spare Parts Sales Manager.
Job duties:
-- active sales of spare parts, assemblies and consumables for DEUTZ and Lombardini engines;
-- achieving of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) (sales, calls, visits);
-- monitoring of market place, customer data and competitive environment analysis;
-- product promotion;
-- active search and acquisition of new customers;
-- maintenance and development of customer data base;
-- negotiations and consultation of the customers on spare parts application, selection of genuine parts and analogues;
-- acceptation and processing of incoming customer requests (by phone, e-mail or fax);
-- preparation of quotations and invoicing;
-- controlling of warehouse stock balance, putting the goods on stock into reserve and timely removing the reservation, placing orders for spare parts supply;
-- full support of product sales deals, follow-up control at all stages (preparation of documents, payment and shipment control);
-- reporting activities according to prescribed procedure.
Candidate specifications:
-- higher education;
-- technical competence (obligatory): basic knowledge of engine, brake and filtration systems;
-- knowledge of sales techniques and stages;
-- at least 3 years working experience in the similar position (obligatory);
-- working experience in area of DEUTZ and Lombardini parts would be an asset;
-- own customer base will be a plus;
-- proficiency in verbal and written Lithuanian, English (German) and Russian is a must;
-- knowledge of office programs, ability to work with electronic spare parts catalogues, practical experience of work with 1C program will be an advantage;
-- ability to work in multitask conditions, set right priorities upon task execution;
-- high level of independence;
-- personal qualities: active, with developed communication skills, punctual, polite, responsible, customer and result-focused.
