Company expanding its activity and looking for MARKETING MANAGER to join our successful team.
KEY DUTIES:
Business development and marketing strategy with focus to result;
Searching for potential customers and orders (steel construction fabrication, manpower);
Keeping relations and developing its business activity with the current partners;
Human Resource objectives by searching, selecting and recruiting of all grades of technical personnel for international projects (if necessary).
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:
Company is looking for open and positive, self driven personality, highly motivated team player, generating new ideas;
Good knowledge of shipbuilding, steel construction, industrial and oil & gas markets;
Relevant previous work experience. Starting from 3 years of work as a Marketing Manager;
Relevant education;
Driving license (B cat.) as advantage;
Good knowledge of English (as a must), Russian (as a must), Lithuanian languages (verbal and writing).
