LTL dispatch position
TLF Corporation is seeking high-achieving dispatchers who love the transportation industry in the USA market. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with drivers to successfully execute LTL pick-up and delivery.
- Follow pickups and deliveries through to completion.
- Problems are solved as challenges are presented and provide updates to the drivers and internal departments.
- Identify additional freight opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Work from 3PM till 00:30 AM.
Qualifications
- 2 years of strong transportation experience dispatching in a trucking environment.
- Ability to offer and receive candid feedback, always with positive intent.
- A great work history.
- Creative, strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.
- The ability to work with the latest technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
