As a team leader in our Klaipėda store, your main task is to develop your team and organize the department work to ensure customers satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- team recruitment, development, and management (defining human needs and recruiting profiles that will be future leaders);
- helping your team in growing their skills (daily management; monthly meetings; evaluation process);
- department organization (schedule management, priorities management, tasks coordination);
- business management (turnover, margin, stock, economic results of department, investments in the right place and the right time).
We are looking for a person who:
- is passionate about sports and practice sports;
- has retail / sales / customer service / experience;
- preferably, has some people management experience;
- is proactive: takes initiatives and actions without even being asked;
- is responsible: "I do what I say, and I say what I do";
likes people and has the ability to motivate and unite people around a common goal;
- likes numbers and is good in excel;
- speak and write in English on a good level.
