Are you ready to become a key team member in a quickly growing start-up and work alongside established industry professionals? We are looking for a talented Support and Operations professional to join the team and help elevate our operations to the next level.

Work very closely with the rest of the team, including senior management;
Support clients through their onboarding and setup stages, as well as throughout their trading journey with us;
Set up new clients with tailored trading environment;
Manage, maintain and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse hubs);
Proactively listen to our clients, and come up with solutions which best improve client trading experience;
Conduct end-to-end trade investigations;
Adhere to and maintain internal processes & procedures.

1+ years’ experience in Financial Services;
Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and positive manner;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Enthusiastic approach to understanding and solving client queries;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Strong attention to detail;
Proactive and results-oriented individual;
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours in the future as required by 24/7 markets;
Knowledge of the margin FX and Digital Assets space is desirable;
Experience using/managing trading platforms such as MT4/5, PrimeXM, OneZero, YourBourse is desirable;
FIX protocol knowledge is a plus.
