WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a person with experience or interest in working as a Support specialist. The eagerness to troubleshoot and devotion to resolving cases, keep clients happy, and have good communication skills are key qualifications. Since the support tasks will be of a technical nature candidate, need a good technical mindset and be quick learners. It's an advantage if you have basic knowledge about how webpage is loaded in the browser, how requests are made and when cookies are set. If not, we will teach you.

- Update our internal Help Center system with information about technical issues related to products;

- Have previous experience in Customer Service (email and chat support);
- Have perfect time management skills;
- You are the best in Problem/error solving;

- Russian language is considered an advantage.
