- Looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality environment and will be familiar with basic accounting principles and software. - Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in efficiently and accurately, making sure to provide them with all necessary information about their stay.
- Checking guests out and processing payments for all services rendered, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with hotel policies.
- Informing guests about the various services and packages offered by the hotel, as well as our loyalty programs, in order to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
- Handling all payments and transactions through the cash register and accurately recording them in the hotel's accounting software, "Protel".
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are stocked and easily accessible.
- Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, doing everything possible to resolve any issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages is required;
- Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and coherently is a must;
- Positive thinking, politeness, and helpfulness are expected;
- Computer literacy is required.
