JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Planning of yearly budgets and activities, marketing strategy, follow-up of marketing actions;
 Control over marketing budget;
 Monitoring competitors actions and accordingly adjusting tactics;
 Implementing PR strategy and managing internal communication;
 Co-operation with creative, media and PR agency;
 Managing different co-operations (sponsorships, magazines etc);
 Department work organization.
REQUIREMENTS
 University level education;
 +5 years working experience in marketing practices, policies and procedures as a leading manager;
 Experience in marketing (retail experience is an advantage);
 Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
 Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
 Driving license, availability to go on business trips to Estonia;
 Fluency in English.
