We are looking for an italian speaking Property Manager with construction and facilities management experience. This vacancy assumes relocation to Italy.
University degree, preferably in construction and facilities management, ideally including: ability to read construction drawings
Knowledge of construction organization fundamentals, ability to manage and organize interaction of specialty Contractors:
Knowledge of the interconnections of the utility systems of stand-alone properties, ability to organize operations within set and established regimes
Knowledge of the specifics of seasonal operations of systems and equipment, ability to organize planned preventive maintenance and repairs
Track record of working in construction and facilities management
Organisation of construction works at the facility, preparation and conclusion of construction contracts (together with lawyers), an independent assessment of the value of contracts. Organisation of obtaining permits, monitoring the implementation of contractual obligations, achieving results. Implementation of payment discipline.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position managing the work of at least 30 people, including:
Knowledge of economics fundamentals
Knowledge of taxation and business operations reporting fundamentals
Knowledge of document flow fundamentals, ability of organize a company's document flow
Skills required to organize company accounting and reporting
Ability to convince and lead the team to achieve the goals set
Track record and skills required to organize a team's work
Skills required to develop functional responsibilities of Line Managers and
Contractors defining their share of responsibility for the assigned area.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Italian and English. Russian is a plus.

Availability to work locally at Monte Argentario in Italy, ideally living with the family close to the Villa, accommodation is provided
