Duties:
- Develop the company by attracting new customers
- Preparation and implementation of technical documentation
- Plan, manage and control work
- Make efficient use of financial, material and human resource
- Prepare reports about the work done
- Communication with a customer
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction and/or engineering sciences
Work experience:
- At least 3 years experience in managing the projects
- Experience in the construction and operation of engineering projects
Additional skills and knowledge:
- Driving licence (B category)
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian (Polish) and English
- Knowledge and understanding of energy and technological equipment and operations
- Basic knowledge and experience in personnel management
- Good organizational and communicational skills
