You will be responsible for selling conference passes to existing and new clients over the phone. This is entry level role and we would expect for a Trainee Sales Executive to be promoted to Sales Executive within a year. We will provide full training for the role.
The ideal candidate should be commercially minded and interested in starting a sales career. You must show a high level of confidence and be customer focused. You don’t need any prior experience just the motivation to succeed! Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:
Sell over the phone to existing and potential new clients to meet realistic sales revenue targets
Creating, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach and by clearly demonstrating the value of attending conferences.
Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying/researching new growth areas for sales.
Maintaining key customer care objectives.
Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Successful applicants will be:

Able to work both independently and as a team player
Commercially minded
Keen to reach and exceed targets
Assertive, confident, creative and tenacious
Command of Russian is a plus.
