Responsibilities
Prospect and cultivate new sales leads to develop the business.
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and carriers.
Provide quotes, proposals to customers and prepare sales contracts for new accounts.
Follow-up as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed of activities and offerings of the competition.
Build and drive the business, developing sustainable long-term growth.
Interact efficiently with Vilnius logistics team with goal of achieving optimal business results.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the field.
In-depth knowledge of logistics environment in the region.
Experience with logistic processes, systems & solutions (rail, sea, ground).
University education (ideally with specialization in logistics).
Fluent English. Knowledge of Russian - a plus.
Excellent customer service skills & ability to negotiate rates and sell services.
Proactive, motivated, self-driven to achieve sustained quality results.
Strong communication skills; able to connect quickly with customers and build reliable, profitable business relationships.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
